“Job relocation from LA to SC was a daunting task with 4 littles and two dogs. United really helped especially with packing our things from our former home. If the children had to do that, the emotional toll on them would have been tough. I really have no complaints with United’s service. I’ve never had movers before so I did help out a little with the unloading because I couldn’t just watch. Everyone was as professional as you could ask. If we ever move again across the country, we would use you guys for sure.” – C.C.

Randy was on time and I was really impressed by how he prepared my floors in my new home to protect them from damage and dirt. He even had my household items memorized from the packing phase which I didn’t get to attend. He remembered what room a missing item was in and new which box to go find it. I like they did a quick walk though before starting the pack to see what goes, stays, what needs extra attention, and etc. Also noted any prior and or after damages on the house from them moving which was not. I like they did that to cover both ends in the long run since I was renting. I also like when they got there and I met them out in the drive way they had it all pre-planned where to be and what hazards would happen with tight parking, trees, stairs. The packing, loading, unloading and unpacking teams were all professional and courteous. The most impressive one was the Driver, Mr. Willie Hill. He was calm, well experienced and ready to tackle any problem during the loading and unloading. He is the most hard working person I have ever met. Some screws for the beds were missing during the moving. He went to local Lowe’s and found the right one and helped us assemble the bed together after a long day of hard labor works. He is truly professional and has tried to bend backward to accommodate. A truly good moving experience!” – Dr. C.
